happy friday!
something ive been working on the past 6 months is eating healthier and exercising on a regular basis.
i watched a episode on Oprah one day and the director of the documentary Food Inc. (poor animals) talked about eating organic instead of processed foods. the concept really HIT me!
since then i only buy organic meat, eggs and milk. (its a start)
im a true believer in "if you eat healthier, you'll loose weight"
for exercise i like to run 15 min 3x a week, at least one day of power yoga, and stretch daily...
it's really not that much but i feel in good shape and have noticed a change in my body inside and out!
this morning i went for my 15 min run and this is what i had for breakfast...
i usually eat about two hard boiled eggs a day and always have about 6 "ready" eggs in my fridge
plus i dont eat the yolk or add any salt :)
this is regular coffee with sugar cane and organic half and half, yummmmmy!
