Notice how every outfit has a little leopard? I'm a bit obsessed. I feel like the print goes with everything and acts as a neutral, don't you agree? Pretty much all my outfits are from h&m and f21 but lately Zara has my attention. It's a higher price point than h&m but the pieces and quality are worth the $$. I have a growing wish list from Zara. Have you been into their store lately?...
I'm already getting excited for fall fashion: blazers, scarfs, boots... But it's still in the 105's in Vegas right now. I'm sure I'll be making lots of Zara trips for my fall wardrobe.

FROM MY CLOSET- CASUAL CHIC

Previously named "style ideas" but i think "from my closet" best suits the blog posts. Typical easy-going outfit I'd wear to run errands, vacation, or perfect if your a student. I finally got my first pair of converse... I ended up going with the classic high-tops in white. Surprisingly they go with EVVVER-RE-THING.

CHANEL

My first CHANEL. They were a gift from my Mr. Mig for my birthday a few weeks ago. Aren't they beautiful? So timeless! I just about cried when he pulled out the box... It was wrapped so perfectly I didn't want to mess it up.
They are my babies. Maybe in the near future ill own a Chanel purse too ;)

If you've never teared up thinking about all the things your life is blessed with, it's time for a change...

My 3 days in Chicago was amazing. I stayed at the HardRock downtown. The reason for this trip was to support my hubby for a event he was evolved in. He was busy with work most of the weekend so I was able to roam the city on my own. I went to Millennium Park to see the silver Bean (it's massive), the Art Institute of Chicago where Roy Lichtenstein was exhibiting, also went on a 2 hr boat ride tour of the city :) Chicago was beautiful!! Now I can check it off my "places to visit" list!

hope you like the new look of ChicSinCity.com  im re-energized to start blogging again... better quality photos, my photography, ootd, fashion finds, and so on, and so on....

ive been working on decorating my apartment and slowly getting rid of "first time furniture" thats what i call the cheap stuff you buy after moving out of your parents house. my problem is that my taste is a lot more expensive than it use to be. my FAVORITE home decor store is Z Gallerie. ah man i could live in that place. a few months ago i fell in love with their Angelique Mirror in black. i kept day dreaming and picturing where i'd put the 450 dollar mirror. BUT, last week a miracle happened! while i was shopping at HomeGoods i found the EXACT one for one-hundred and thirty dollars. i still hesitated to buying it and went home. i couldnt stop thinking about it so ten minutes later i drove back to the store...................
doesnt it match perfectly with my DIY chairs?!!!!
